GTM engineering as a service
We build your outbound engine.
You pay when it books meetings.
Most outbound fails because nobody can tell you why now. We find the accounts with a live reason to buy, reach the person who owns the problem, and write something worth replying to. If it doesn't produce meetings, you don't pay for meetings.
We read your business
Give us a URL. We crawl the site, work out what you sell and to whom, and build an ICP as machine-checkable filters — industry, headcount, geography, tech stack, job titles — not a paragraph of adjectives.
We find the trigger, not just the contact
Anyone can hand you a list. We watch public hiring boards, funding filings, and tech-stack changes to find accounts with a reason to buy this month, and the specific person who owns the problem.
We write and send from your domain
Four touches over eighteen days, each grounded in a real, citable signal. Sent on a secondary domain we warm up first, so your primary reputation is never at risk.
You take the meeting
The moment someone replies, automation stops and the thread lands in your rep's inbox. We hand over the full evidence trail — what we saw, what we sent, what they said.
What it costs
The setup fee is real work with real costs behind it, so it isn't contingent. Everything after that is.
One-time. Covers domains, warmup, data, and the build. Non-refundable — it's cost recovery, not a fee for results.
Billed on meetings that are held, not booked. Definition agreed in writing before we start.
Of first-year contract value, within 180 days of first touch.
Who this works for
Good fit
- · B2B with $15k–100k contract values
- · Seed to Series B, selling to tech-forward buyers
- · Sales cycles under six months
- · Reps who can take a meeting within a week
We'll say no
- · Contract values under $5k — the maths doesn't work for either of us
- · Fewer than 300 addressable accounts
- · No product-market fit yet — outbound can't fix demand
- · Nine-month-plus sales cycles
How we source data
Everything we use is either published by the target company, filed publicly, or properly licensed: public job boards, SEC filings, company team pages, open-source activity, and company registries. We don't scrape logged-in LinkedIn, we don't buy leaked datasets, and we don't automate contact on channels that forbid it. Your buyers do diligence — every claim we put in an email links back to a source they can check.
