If you received an email from us
We hold your name, job title, employer, work email address, and the public source that led us to you — typically a job posting your company published, a public filing, or your company's own website. We do not hold personal addresses, phone numbers, or any special category data.
To be removed, click the unsubscribe link in any message, or email privacy@revcron.com. Removal is immediate and global: your address is suppressed across every client we work with, not just the one that contacted you.
Where the data comes from
Public applicant-tracking job boards, SEC EDGAR filings, company websites and team pages, public code repositories, company registries, and DNS records. Where a work email address is not published, we infer it from the organisation's public naming convention and verify that it is deliverable.
We do not scrape logged-in social networks, we do not purchase leaked or scraped datasets, and we do not combine data sources to build profiles beyond professional role and employer.
Legal basis
For recipients in the United States we rely on CAN-SPAM: accurate headers, a valid postal address in every message, and a working opt-out honoured immediately.
Contacts in the EU/EEA and Canada are excluded by default. Where a campaign includes them, it is under a documented legal basis recorded per campaign, and the first message carries the GDPR Article 14 notice telling you where we got your details.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Email privacy@revcron.com and we'll respond within 30 days. There is no account to create and no form to fill in.
Retention
Prospect records are deleted when a client engagement ends, or after 24 months of no activity, whichever comes first. Suppression entries are kept indefinitely — that is the only way to guarantee we never contact you again.
If you use our software
When a client connects an Instagram, Reddit, Salesforce, or email account, we store the access tokens needed to perform the actions they asked for and nothing else. Tokens are revocable at any time from the provider's own settings, and disconnecting deletes them from our side. We do not sell data, and we do not use client data to train models.
